How to Build Habits That Actually Stick

Pair a new habit with something you already do every day:

  • Stretch while the coffee brews

  • Take a few deep breaths before checking your phone

  • Do a short walk right after work

  • Turn on music while making dinner and add some movement to your evening



It doesn’t have to be perfect or impressive. It just has to feel like something you can keep showing up for.
