You don’t have to go on a retreat or disappear into the woods to feel the benefits of nature. Even a few minutes outside can shift your energy and bring you back to yourself.

1. Let your senses lead
Notice the breeze, the birds, the way the light hits the trees. When you engage your senses, you quiet your mind.
